David Craddock is all a Service Advisor could be: professional, welcoming, proficient and communicative. My car's 75,000 mile maintenance procedure took about as long as I expected, but David kept me informed during the process, so I had no angst. I have no hesitation about recommending him to any one considering this facility; of course, I must own up to the fact that I have been a satisfied customer of this dealership for more than a decade.

My initial problem seems to be fixed, but since my car was in the shop, I requested a couple of other issues be addressed & I am thoroughly disappointed that this did not happen. Perhaps because my bill was extremely high already. I went totally out of my way by going to AutoNation only to have to take my car to another shop to finish what they didn't do. REALLY???

I was looking for a specific used car for my son. Josh Bessent had exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations to make sure it was in good shape. They were so helpful and easy to deal with that I drove an 8 hour round trip to make this purchase. It's usually very difficult to get the bottom-line price from a dealership, but John Kanici and Chris (didn't catch is last name) had me the exact price within just a few minutes of speaking with them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is shopping for a car.

They were able to get me in relatively quickly and had an SUV available that was able to fit my car seats. They communicated very well initially however I had to reach out once they were servicing my vehicle to get updates. They couldn't fix one issue and I felt like they should have reached out to Lincoln to get assistance but they just told me that they couldn't figure it out. Now I have to reach out to Lincoln Concierge to see what needs to happen and possibly result in having to schedule another service visit instead of it being taken care of while they had my vehicle. Other than that inconvenience and the lack of follow through to fix my problem, it was fine. I guess I was expecting more from a "Luxury" car service. I have owned other luxury cars previously and the service is usually exceptional without me having to make so much effort to stay informed and get issues resolved with my vehicle.

Great car! I got a used car here on Feb 4 2022. I worked with Jordan and John, the finance manager, to do the deal. It is a great car for a good price. It was prepped for the test drive and delivery and I'm very happy with it. If you want a car in the Jacksonville area and you would like to work with efficient and friendly folks, this is the place to come.

I arranged a service to address the concerns with the driver's seat heater in my 2021 Lincoln Aviator. The heater was not functioning consistently in all settings. It would take anywhere from 3 to 30 minutes to heat. The Aviator was picked up and I was left a Ford Edge compact SUV to drive because the dealer had no Lincoln inventory to provide. The service advisor asked if I would like the Aviator washed prior to it's return and I said yes. I received a call from the dealership and was told that the issue was because of a setting for the automatic temperature control and that the issue was corrected by changing the setting. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was friendly and courteous however the car was returned to me unwashed and the seat heater issue has not changed. If I turn on the heater in manual mode, it will heat on the lowest setting and shut off after 5 minutes. If I turn it on the highest setting or any of the automatic settings it will take as much as 30 minutes before it gets warm. I will schedule an appointment with the dealer where I purchased the car as I feel that they are more experienced with Lincoln automobiles and always provide a Lincoln courtesy vehicle when servicing my car.

I woke up with a flat tire and I was running a little late to drop my kid off to school. I was able to drive the car to put air in it and drop my kid off to school. I contacted auto nation on blanding Blvd, spoke with a guy to let him know about my flat tire and see if I could bring my vehicle in. Knowing that auto nation books appointments 2 weeks in advance I thought I was not going to be able to get my vehicle serviced. This service rep , told me not to worry & to bring my vehicle in but to drop it off. I came straight there & within the next hour or so . He was calling me back to pick my vehicle up. I like how he handled my unexpected emergency and made sure this unexpected emergency drop off was just as important as other vehicles with appointments. Thank you so much auto nation !

Dianna Dell, Service Advisor, who wrote our order up was very personable, thorough and polite, and kept us informed of the progress of our vehicle repair work. She explained the issues with our vehicle, what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take. The mechanic who worked on our vehicle had 35 years of experience. We haven't had to use our vehicle since picking it up, but on the drive home it appeared to be running smoothly, quietly and responsive. We would recommend AutoNation.

I will definitely not be taking my car back to AutoNation Lincoln Orange Park. I had a new engine installed in my Lincoln MKX in Feb of 2020 ($7300.) and was told I had a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty. At this time they had my car for over a week to get the job done. Less than a year later my car begins to misfire and check engine light starts flashing. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning and on Monday morning I called to check status of vehicle. I was told it was an $1100.00 repair to replace fuel injector and a spark plug and that it would take an additional 4 days to get part and complete repair. I spoke with the manager expressing my dismay with the price and the time schedule. He was dismissive and rude. Ridiculous. I called my personal mechanic and he was able to complete the job the next day for $386.00. Will never bring my car back to this dealership again and definitely won't give them my business when I go to purchase my next cars in the future. Very Very disappointed in the service (or lack of service) provided.

5 Stars for Paul - My husband and I weren’t really sure what we wanted to do. Paul greeted us when we parked and continuously answered our gazillion questions. Super friendly - we didn’t feel for a second that we are stuck with a salesperson. We did end up purchasing the vehicle by trading in our old Lincoln for a new one :)

Gil Allen at Autonation is absolutely amazing! Have you bought a car in these crazy times? So, I spent two months searching for a Lincoln Aviator. My search ranged from Atlanta down to Miami. I called and emailed 10 dealerships. Only one dealership engaged with me. That was Autonation Lincoln. And the sales person was Gil Allen and he followed up with an email and a text. We had a great conversation and set a time to meet. He sent me a calendar invite and was waiting at the door when I arrived. In less than one hour, we had a deal in place and Autonation offered me a nice trade in amount. In buying cars for 25 years, this was my most enjoyable experience. But the best part was the post sale follow up. We had one outstanding issue to resolve. Gil answered every text I sent him. To get the issue finally resolved, he took time on his own dime to help me out. This folks is how you get repeat customers. I am in love with my Lincoln. My wife will soon want one of her own. And Gil will be the first person I contact.

We made appointments twice for concierge service to pick up our car. No one showed each time and never called. So we called the service department and made an appointment for an oil change. When we purchased the car we also purchased the service plan. We were told that this plan covered all maintenance. My wife received a call that we needed a fuel system service and it would cost $299. We were informed that this service was not covered. This is the second Lincoln that we purchased from you and have been very happy until occasion. Now we are very disappointed.

I had an appointment to have the oil changed at 12noon. It took 2 hours to complete an oil change. I was told by the service advisor, that was a normal wait time for an oil change. I think the mechanics need a refresher course.

We have used Autonation for many years, my last experience was the worst. Had an appointment. Had to call 3 hours after the appointment to ask for an update on a routine oil change and tire rotation. It was not until then that they notified me they would not be rotating the tires due to tread ratings which clearly did not match my ASE husband’s thread gauge numbers. With the exception of one guy, Sean perhaps, No customer service in my opinion. Will take our business to another Ford dealership in the future.

Attended 1st appointment for the basic servicing of the vehicle along with a check of the computer. Stayed in the waiting area well over 4 hours as customer service from the service manager was horrible. She never came into the waiting area to give me an update as I had to seek her assistance. Not only did I have to seek her assistance; she seemed as if I was a bother when I did ask her about the timing. By the way the vehicle was reset to default as I was not asked if I wanted to reset the settings. Horrible experience.

My 19 year old daughter bought her 1st car form Jordan N. here today. I have to say in my 30 year of car buying I have never had such a good experience. I do not trust this company and unfortunately I purchased the premium maintenance plan. I just purchase a vehicle in Dec 2020. It was the same vehicle I was previously leasing. During the lease timeframe, the fuel injection system was due (recommended according to the service department), but they didn?t perform this service. Now they?re trying to get me to pay for this service. If it was necessary during the lease, (for which the vehicle belong to them) why is it so important that this needs to be done now at my expense. I feel that I should get a free service for the first system check because your service department did not accomplish it when it was due the first time.

The best part of this experience WILL BE sharing my story of how I was treated with everyone I know.....did I mention this was THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD?Before this visit, I've been in several times for several and/or vehicle purchases. I've also had my vehicles at your bodyshop upon occasion. After my latest experience, I wouldn't go back there to get air in my tires. The inconvenience, the accusations, the frustrations...how are you still in business? Had it not been for JR in the Collision Center, I'd probably, still be dealing with absolute nonsense...(thanks JR).

Welcome lights on our 2019 Nautilus stopped working on one side. I used Autonation Lincoln's efficient online service scheduler for an appointment. Service writer Courtney quickly came to greet me in the large under cover service reception area. After a short wait in the spacious, frequently cleaned lounge, she said Lincoln would replace the whole headlight module. Tammy called me when the part arrived making sure a new Lincoln Corsair loaner was available for the repair day. Repair made earlier than promised. Car was cleaner than it arrived. Great Service experience at Autonation Lincoln Orange Park !

I would like to receive a call in regards to me possibly transferring my maintenance plan to St. Augustine, FL. I'm totally unhappy with AutoNation in Jacksonville. One of my problems is that this company does not clean (vacuum, wash or wipe down the inside) my car when it's there for maintenance. Every other competitor I've had a maintenance plan with does these things. I would like to discuss this situation with someone from your company.

I scheduled a 12:00 Noon service appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, radio update, and inspection. Finally 5 hours later my car was ready, and noticed that my radio didn't work. They immediately tried to fix it, but I noticed they just got rid of the update, and my radio still did not get updated. I have to go back as the inspection found I had an oil and transmission leak, as well as they have to perform a Lincoln recall. This was not a good service experience for my Lincoln.

It's awesome how clean their service department is, you look down the main area where they work on the vehicles and it's amazing how clean it is. That face alone speaks volume of the integrity of the entire staff.

I took my old Lincoln Aviator in just to retrieve the door code. The staff was super friendly. They took my vehicle in right away. Tammy Milligan is the best! Very helpful and personable! I was in and out quickly and they threw in a car wash. I highly recommend Auto Nation Lincoln/Ford.

All interaction with Auto Nation of Orange was efficient and professional. My 2008 Lincoln had an issue with battery connection cable going into the wiring harness. The mechanic accurately diagnosed and repaired the problem reducing the time and cost of repair. I have been using AutoNation for and have found them efficient and trust worthy every time. AutoNation is my default option for auto repair. I would recommend them to everyone who needs auto repair service.

I came in to autonation 12/14 with a bad tire that I did myself by hitting a curb. It was cut. Courtney came to my rescue. I needed that tire really bad. She said they didn’t have my particular tire in stock and it would be the next morning at 9. Well we were planning a trip out of town and she went back in the office and had someone go get my tire. They did, got it on the same afternoon. That was great service. She was so sweet and so helpful. Thank you so much

A/C wasn?t cooling and I?m half way into my factory warranty. Service advisor kept me in the loop the whole time and the tech did pressure tests requiring they keep the car for a few days and they were able to provide a Lincoln courtesy car for me. Absolutely no problem with any of that as troubleshooting takes time. Unfortunately, they couldn?t actually find a leak point, which is my only issue. So, they refilled the system with Freon. It?s been fine the last few months, but I?m concerned that ill have on going issues after my warranty runs out.

Took my Ranger in for battery issue which was taken care of timely (though had to make 3 inquire calls that were never returned -color me neglected). When picked up was advised need for ball joints repair. OK. Asked for estimate,Was promised to get next day.So after 2 follow up calls to get estimate, I get empty promise again and crickets... Not happy with the service advisor working with me on my 2011 Lincoln Navigator. She failed to keep me informed about the amount of time that was needed for repairs. After bringing my car home, the battery was dead in two days. I told them NOT to leave the key in the ignition at all because it would run the battery down.

I had an insurance claim on my 2018 Ford Fusion for the left driver side bearing wheel replacement. The adviser Jeremy from AutoNation Orange Park understood my urgency and escalated my repair time by securing the part from another dealer instead of Ford sending the part after processing my claim. This help and advise from him really made my repair process fast and I was able to walk out of the dealership with $0 cost on my end. I recommend buying cars and getting them repaired here. The only recommendation I wanna make to this place is, start selling more electric cars.

WARNING WARNING… Anybody out there with a Ford/Lincoln vehicle do not have your vehicle serviced at AutoNation Ford Orange Park. Michael Grantham & I had are Lincoln MKX towed into AutoNation Ford Orange Park on Tuesday Sept 8, had an appointment for service on Wednesday the 9th at 10:30. Due to the fact we were not there waiting, service was not started until Monday the 14th. The original reason for us to have the vehicle towed was when I got into the vehicle on Sunday the 6th, the whole dashboard lite up like a Christmas tree, flashing everywhere on and off like the vehicle was possessed like Christine. The first thing the service department told us was the vehicle might have been hit by lightning!!!! ( If the vehicle was on fact hit by lightning, you think I would have known that and advice service of that fact) The second issue I was informed was TWO fuses were missing from the main fuse box next to the battery. ( The vehicle was been running fine for the past three years without those fuses.) I drove down to the dealership that day to have them personally show me on fact what two fuses were missing and had to by replaced. The vehicle did in fact start, and the service director (Michael) pulled out one fuse not proving to me that was one of the fuses. The vehicle did stop running. I asked him to show me actually what fuses and demonstrate to me the original problem I towed the vehicle in for! The service director(Michael) walked away and said " I HAVE TO GET BACK TO WORK". I returned to my office and notified Lincoln Motors corporate office, and spoke with a woman by the name of Kate. She gave me her direct number and a case number and would inquire with service department. I received a call yesterday from Kate stating the service department did in fact show me everything I asked and the vehicle was running and that I would be responsible for the tech charges. I tried to explain to her that the dealership was LYING! Her response was in the vehicle running? Yes, not completely my center console, which controls air conditioning radio and GPS system is still black. I would have to pay another $69.99 per hour still diagnose that problem. I had the vehicle bought in for not starting and nothing working! The vehicle is running the mysteriously missing fuses are back and the runs pay them $210.00 plus tax for nothing, and drive out with a vehicle that is unsafe with on center console controls or back up camera!!! Be warned and steel clear of this dealership!

Was looking for a truck and had to expand my search to a 500 miles radius since I was very particular on what I was looking for. I found it and Nathan Goodroe reply to my inquiry. He answered all my questions, send me pics of specific details I wasked for, I was not driving 278 miles on a guess. Never fix the problems I bring it in for. Just keep saying we can’t duplicate the issue. Four times I have brought it in for my stereo display not working and they didn’t fix it. Three times for my passenger door lock that still only works when it wants too. To take the cake they were supposed to change my CD player out, and apparently didn’t bother to verify it worked before they gave it back, and surprise it still won’t load a CD.

My Lincoln was T-boned in an accident. The damage was extensive. I guess the parts were difficult to obtain as this was a 2018 Lincoln and because of this, I will assume the repair took longer than expected. Teresa Miller in collision was very patient and apologetic as she was the one calling with the updates and because one problem after another kept popping up, I'm sure she did not enjoy making the calls. However, she did make the calls if not everyday than every other day, keeping us updated on the progress and we appreciate her efforts. Then the car had to go to service for a a/c problem. I think the lady at the desk's name was Sharon, also very nice and sympathetic, ( it does help). Shortly after speaking with her, we received a call saying the manager of service (service) had obtained a loaner car which was a major easement of our problems. I'm sorry if i got he names of the service people wrong but i only spoke to them once. Finally our Lincoln is home and looks like new. Lincoln has always been good to us. We have been customers several time and always treated us well. Also to Jack Tashjian who is now a Internet manager. Jack has sold us 3 cars and though our problems were no longer his problems, he was sympathetic and tried to help. We will miss him when we purchase our next car.

I went in for service and had told them I didn't want to spend a bunch of money on repairing my diesel def fluid tank if it was going to be ongoing I would rather spend the money on deleting the system.I was told it would be 1400 dollars to replace sensor.Did this and got ten minutes on road and engine light came on.took it back in was told it was a pump and it would be another 1000 dollars.I told them to give me my keys and left.My locks did not work right when I went to lock vehicle.I went to get my factory code from my owner's manual so I could set my own code and my number code was missing that had been in my book since I bought the truck in 2013,coincidence?I think not.Took it to another dealer had to get code read and new key fob,370 dollars later.The day before I went to get locks fixed engine light dissapeared. I was leaving Orange Park and heading north on a 10 Hour Dr. Just short of the airport I hit a large truck tire that was in the middle of the interstate. When I inspected the car I noticed a hose or tube hanging and dripping fluid. I returned to AutoNation Orange Park at about 655. They gave me a fair deal on my 2018 Explorer and I traded it for a 2017 Subaru Outback! It’s great! I received a coupon for $39.95 oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was told there was a better deal and I could receive a 10% Veterans discount. After completion my bill was $160.00 I questioned it and it was changed to $120.00. When I got home I reviewed it closely and realized it was still wrong. I made 2 phone calls to discuss and have not received a call back.

The people and service was fine, however when I got home and read the invoice I realized they had installed an aftermarket oil filter and conventional motor oil. I made a bad assumption that going to the Lincoln dealer I would get an OEM oil filter and Motorcraft synthetic blend oil. I am a retired field service engineer and old age prevents me from doing my own repairs any more. Overall I was very disappointed.

No no no warning go somewhere else... The $35k vehicle I purchased from them supposedly went thru a “125 point mechanical inspection” broke down on me within a couple hours of leaving the dealership. After being stranded on the side of the road for hours and then with no transportation all weekend - They did finally get me a loaner and PROMISED me they would “take care of me”. Nope that was yet another lie, they literally could care less about customer satisfaction, fairness or honesty.. terrible experience!!!

From the first email to the first face to face meeting I loved my experience buying my new F-150. I had Nathan as my sales guy and the the finance dept never pressured me into anything. We experienced an untimely breakdown of our car and needed a replacement vehicle ASAP! Keeping the faith, we know, "God is Good", and was with us, and after working with AutoNation, we believe the gang over there are also GOOD!! We stopped in the dealership with the hope of returning home with a car. We were warmly greeted by a very non-salesmanlike young man named Eric Butler. Eric is a very poised and professional kind of guy, who knows his stuff about cars. He wasn't pushy or anything like what my husband and I expected we'd have to deal with to get into a car. Eric patiently showed us what options we had to choose from, given our circumstances, and helped us as we narrowed the possible choices down to 3 cars we really liked. Eric listened attentively as we explained what we were looking to accomplish, took our information, worked with his Manager on our behalf and put us in a beautiful new car! I will recommend this dealership and these personnel to anyone interested in a new vehicle. For those interested I checked the actual mileage 300 miles, 1/3 highway 2/3 city average 25.2 mpg excellent in my opinion.

Wide range of available appointment times, speedy service, quality products. I was disappointed to find that "The Works" program had been discontinued and had to settle for a standard oil change. The services of the program could still be performed for an extra fee of course (tire rotation, fluid top off, check brakes, hoses, belts etc).

I started looking for a truck using the employee car buying service website through my work. Several dealerships contacted me, and I settled on AutoNation Lincoln Orange Park because I felt most comfortable dealing with Malcolm Daigle. Malcolm was great throughout the whole process. When I requested information, Malcolm provided it. Malcolm was personable and kind, and he never pressured my wife and I. He let us evaluate the information and make the decision. There was no haggling regarding the sales price on several F150 models. Malcolm presented the Xplan pricing and all available discounts for each vehicle upfront. All of the pricing information was very much in average ranges based on the research I had done prior. Very thankful that Malcolm was straightforward and forthcoming because it made that part of the process stress free. We did ask Malcolm and the AutoNation team to provide a trade in offer for our 2008 Nissan Xterra with 147k miles. The initial offer was pretty low but expected. It was more for information gathering than anything else. My wife and I decided to tap the brakes on buying a truck for a few days after this offer, so we could evaluate if we even wanted to trade in the vehicle at all. Malcolm understood and did not pressure us. A few days later, Malcolm reached out to us. My wife and I had already decided to purchase a F150 without trading in the Xterra. We scheduled an appointment with Malcolm to purchase the vehicle. Malcolm communicated with us to keep us updated throughout the week until the appointment. We handled all the preliminary paperwork via online, email, or text. Pretty easy. When we came in, we met with Malcolm and he was well prepared. He presented the truck to us and made sure we knew how everything worked. Truck looked great! We worked with John in finance and he was very straightforward as well. We met a few other AutoNation team members as well. Everyone was polite and courteous. This overall was the best vehicle purchase we been through. ! This buying experience has been the most different and pleasurable buying experience that I have ever had. I have bought several cars, motorcycles, and houses in my life and had buyers remorse after most of them. Looking at the final numbers and what I got after most of them, I always felt like “they got me” “they saw me coming and took advantage of me” I feel completely opposite about this purchase. I feel as if the price was fair, zero pressure, and never have had someone take care of me as a customer after the sale like Joe P. and the whole team did. Most dealers feel like they got there money and there is no need to be Johnny on the spot anymore. Joe P. you have made every detail and follow up after the sale just as high priority as if you were doing it to get the sale. I can’t rave enough about this experience.

First of all, I reason why I would not recommend ANLOP is because I got a second opinion on repairs that needed to be fixed on my 2005 F150 and the repair shop stated that there was nothing wrong with my rotors or brakes and he mention that they looked new. I remembered when I purchase my truck, the seller showed me a receipt that he put new rotors and front brakes on the truck. I have driven this truck under 6,000 miles. Also. the price that you guys quoted me for the sway bar link both was about 3 times more the price that I paid for at the car repair shop. I believe in taken care my truck but I refused to allow AutoNation Lincoln of Orange Park to overcharge me for anything. I hope a lot people realize that car dealership can be a RIP off especially if a customer is not familiar with certain cost. Please do your homework and purchase an extended warranty, preferably with CarShield, they're the best. I hope someone in the compliance or complaint department call me. I really don't believe anyone reads negative feedback anyway.

custom service, Don did not give compete information concerning service time and did not offer a rent car. the 1800recall center stated that a rent car can be used until all service was done. i ask about the rent car and i was told after 250 hours of waiting "i needed to check on your car". I feel if i had not ask about the rental i would had to wait another 250 or more hours.

We were looking for a F350 with very specific option requirements for towing a large RV 5th Wheel Trailer. Have been in for warranty service twice now. Though it's an enormous Dept, work was done well and timely. I've never had an issue with getting any of the warranty work approved, especially with worn trim pieces that could be argued "wear and tear". They don't have loaners but will pay for a rental that is on site. My only issue is that my Lincoln has three rows but the rental loaners are all smaller two-row SUVs.

We traded our daughter's car in on a car to be in our names. AutoNation has NOT paid off the trade in. We found this out because she canceled her insurance (because she no longer owns a car) and she received a letter from DMV that her license would be suspended in 14 days because she canceled her insurance. Upon checking we found that AutoNation did not pay off the vehicle and the bank says her payment is now 2 weeks past due. The DMV also still shows the vehicle to be registered to her with a lien on it. This is a huge mess and now AutoNation is telling us that we should have made the next payment and should have kept the insurance on the car. Seriously? Why would you do that for a car you traded in and was told would be paid off in less than 20 days? So AutoNation messed up big but they want to blame us for this fiasco. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IDIOTS!!! WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM ANY AUTONATION FACILITY. If I could give this car back to them, I would. Our next step is to contact our attorney immediately.
